They are now looking for a student who wants to work part-time alongside their studies (2 days/week) with the possibility of full-time work during summers and breaks. You will belong to the accounting team consisting of 30 colleagues, where about 8 colleagues work from the same office as you - Solna. You will receive thorough training and introduction before you start working independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

This is a role focused on technical/administrative tasks related to the finance area within the accounting team. Here you will work with several varying responsibilities, including:

• Administering and managing system accesses for employees in the ERP system and supporting and driving local projects within this.
• Handling inquiries and cases related to the chart of accounts and technical aspects of accounting.
• Responsible for creating and updating cost centers in the ERP system.
• Collaborating with various departments and having broad contact areas, both nationally and internationally within the company.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at a university or college, with at least 1 year left of studies (you will graduate no earlier than summer 2026). It is an advantage if you are studying finance.
• Has good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form, as the language is used in the work.
• Has basic knowledge of Excel.
• Is interested in learning about ERP environments and has a technical interest.

We are looking for someone who has a desire to learn new things and has a humble attitude towards their work. You thrive in a changing environment and are proactive as a person. Furthermore, you are responsible, self-driven, and structured.

Other Information

• Start: immediately. Long-term alongside studies.
• Extent: Part-time, approx. 16 hours/week during semesters and potential for more work during summers. You will arrange the schedule with your immediate supervisor.
• Location: Solna, with some possibility for remote work after introduction.
